Common questions

Is my progress saved?

Yes. The game saves on your device as you play and also keeps a backup in the cloud. There's no sign-in yet, so deleting the app starts a new game; keep the app installed to keep your progress.

Why does the clock match real time?

The game day follows your real clock: your crew works and earns while you're away, so check back during the day.

How do I turn AI chats on or off?

Open Settings and use the AI replies switch. With AI off, neighbors and crew still answer with ready-made lines. To report an AI reply, press and hold it.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → Delete my data. This removes your cloud save and anonymous account and resets the game. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Notifications aren't showing up

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Power Wash King and make sure Allow Notifications is on.
