These terms are an agreement between you and Zeno Development, LLC ("we") about your use of Power Wash King (the "game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Don't copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the game, and don't interfere with its servers.
Play money
Money, items, crew and other progress in the game are fictional and have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for cash.
AI chats
Some characters can answer with AI-generated text when you turn AI on. These replies are made up by a computer and can be wrong, odd or unexpected; they don't reflect our views and aren't advice. Don't use the chats to harass anyone, share personal information, or try to make the AI produce harmful content. You can report a reply by pressing and holding it. We may limit or turn off AI for anyone who misuses it.
Your content
You keep what you type. You let us process it as needed to run the game (for example, to generate an AI reply or review a report), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the game, including online features like cloud saves and AI replies. The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the game or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Playing after a change means you accept it.
